The funding round was led by Outsiders Fund, with additional investments from FemHealth Ventures, CGHealth Ventures, Rogue Women’s Fund, and existing backers like Sheryl Sandberg and Tom Bernthal’s SBVP fund.

Cercle’s AI platform, the Cercle Biomedical Graph™, processes de-identified healthcare data, providing real-time insights to women’s healthcare providers. This technology helps clinics and providers deliver more personalized care while improving operational efficiency. By addressing the challenge of unstructured healthcare data—where 80% of data remains untapped—Cercle enables faster, more cost-effective extraction of valuable insights without relying on AI hallucinations.

The fresh capital will be used to expand Cercle’s platform beyond the fertility market, strengthen its product development efforts, and advance its large language model (LLM) offerings, enhancing AI capabilities to support various areas of women’s healthcare. Co-Founder and CEO Juan Carlos Riveiro leads the company’s technical initiatives, leveraging AI to connect high-quality women’s health data to LLMs for real-time, accurate answers to healthcare stakeholders’ queries.
