Accenture Completes Acquisition of Retail Tech Firm Logic

Accenture has finalized the acquisition of Logic, a retail technology services firm based in Minneapolis, MN. The financial terms of the deal, initially announced on July 16, 2024, were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Logic significantly enhances Accenture’s retail capabilities by adding crucial expertise in core technologies and platforms, including artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI. These skills will enable Accenture to drive greater innovation and efficiency for its retail clients.

Founded in 1997, Logic specializes in helping retailers accelerate their operations and innovate effectively. The company’s consultants work closely with retail executives, from strategy to execution, to implement initiatives that enhance customer loyalty, increase revenues and margins, and outperform competitors.

Logic brings approximately 800 professionals with specialized skills in retail-focused technical strategies to Accenture Technology. The firm operates out of 11 countries and serves over 150 retail clients globally, including major names such as 7-Eleven, Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren, Express, and Total Wine.
