GrowthCurve Capital, a New York City-based private equity firm that focuses on building businesses through data, analytics, and machine learning, has acquired Duetto, a San Francisco-based provider of revenue management software for the hospitality industry.

The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

This strategic acquisition will allow GrowthCurve to advance its AI initiatives, including the development of new AI products, the launch of new business lines, and expansion into new markets.

Duetto, under the leadership of CEO David Woolenberg, offers innovative solutions that streamline hotel operations and optimize revenue. The company emphasizes organic product development, data integration, and system cohesion to provide a comprehensive platform that enhances profitability and growth for hotels worldwide.

Duetto’s software is used by more than 6,000 hotel and casino resort properties in over 60 countries. Their key applications include GameChanger for pricing, ScoreBoard for intelligent reporting, and BlockBuster for contracted-business optimization. Recently, Duetto introduced OpenSpace, a new revenue management solution and booking engine designed for meeting and event spaces.
